I received an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University and am trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. I am also trained in EMDR therapy from EMDRIA approved trainer, Lisa Sager.
I have experience with a variety of struggles such as depression, anxiety, and relational disorders as well as trauma and abuse. I offer individual, couples and/or family therapy, co parenting counseling and mental health assessments to include trauma informed assessments. Therapy approaches are not “one size fits all” so I have been trained in a range of treatment modalities to best suit clients.
Walking with people on their journey towards growth and change is a privilege and one I hope to travel with you.
